At least 25 million people in China are under enhanced coronavirus lockdowns after an outbreak of 34 cases in a province next to Russia

Lockdown measures have been reimposed in the northeastern provinces of Jilin, Liaoning and Heilongjiang where new coronavirus cases have emerged.
