"The View" began its show Tuesday talking about Jon Stewart's return to "The Daily Show" — and his first big segment pointing to the advanced ages of both presidential candidates.
While Stewart talked about the recent special counsel report claiming Joe Biden had memory issues because he answered questions with "I don't recall," the host showed clips of Donald Trump and his adult children similarly answering questions.
Co-hosts were annoyed that people look at the advanced age and don't factor in "intelligence" and the danger they said Donald Trump presents to the world.
Joy Behar said that the other problem is that Biden has a stutter that he has had his whole life, and it makes him pause to make sure he doesn't stutter.
"That's part of the reason why he looks a little doddering," Behar said. "He's trying to get the words out. The guy has accomplished a lot. I don't want to repeat all the things he's done for Americans already. On the other hand, you have a 77-year-old criminal who only cares about getting out of jail. Okay?"
Over the weekend, Trump said that he would "encourage" Russia to attack a NATO country, which would prompt another world war, she said.
Behar added that what that says for the future must be better understood.

"I don't think people understand what that means," she said. "You know, I saw this video of all these young MAGA guys celebrating Trump and — well, you know what? You guys will be draft age. Do you want to start up with Russia? The Russians going into Ukraine and then to Crimea and then to Poland? What's next, France, Germany, Italy? Do you think Americans are not going to be involved in that kind of war? That's what you're looking at with this guy."
The comments come after MSNBC's Rachel Maddow linked Trump to a recent interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin, in which he made the case that Adolf Hitler had no choice but to invade Poland in the 1930s, sparking World War II. Poland, a NATO ally, borders Ukraine.
"You know, I mean I hate to bring up Hitler, but before Hitler became powerful, he stuck his little toe in, and the Brits and the Americans, everybody appeased him and said, he's not going to get worse, and then they gave over the Sudetenland to him and gets Mussolini," Behar continued. "This is what Putin is going to do. It is very, very urgent that we not elect this man. It's not just about us, it's not about just the economy, it's about the world's geopolitical issue."
Former Trump communications director Alyssa Farah Griffin agreed that the dangers Trump poses should be the larger question.
"That's precisely my point. The stakes are so high," she said.
Behar cited teens who are currently "13, 14, 15," saying, "They will be the ones to go. They will have the draft back again. I lived during the Vietnam War."
Putin himself has signed a new draft law, barring anyone from leaving Russia to avoid it.
