<p>Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s teenage son is facing serious legal trouble.</p>
<p>Kroy “KJ” Jr., the 15-year-old son of the estranged couple, was arrested in Alpharetta, Georgia, on Monday and charged with aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual assault, according to court records obtained by <em><a href="https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/kim-zolciaks-son-15-arrested-for-sodomy-sexual-assault/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Us Weekly</a></em>.</p>
<p>KJ is currently being held at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center. </p>
<p>A judge did not set bond in the case, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 8.</p>

<p>The allegations stem from an incident reported to authorities earlier this year. </p>
<p>According to court documents, a female classmate alleged that an encounter involving KJ occurred at a gym in Alpharetta in April. The girl and her father later contacted police, prompting an investigation into the allegations.</p>
<p>Authorities reportedly began investigating the case after the alleged victim sought medical attention. Police subsequently reviewed surveillance footage from the gym as part of their investigation.</p>
<p>The arrest comes as Bravo star Zolciak and Biermann, a former NFL player, continue to navigate their contentious divorce and custody battle.</p>
<p>The former couple married in 2011, the same year KJ was born. </p>
<p>They went on to welcome son Kash and twins Kaia and Kane, while Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s two older daughters, Ariana and Brielle, from a previous relationship.</p>

<p>After more than a decade of marriage, <a href="https://www.thehollywoodgossip.com/2026/06/kim-zolciak-says-kroy-biermann-is-banging-his-new-girlfriends-so-loudly-their-kids-can-hear/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Zolciak and Biermann filed for divorce</a> in 2023. Their split has been anything but amicable, with both reality stars making accusations about one another during the ongoing legal proceedings.</p>
<p>Biermann previously sought sole custody of the couple’s minor children and <a href="https://www.thehollywoodgossip.com/2026/07/kim-zolciak-avoids-jail-divorce/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">accused Zolciak of neglect</a>, claiming she was “unfit and unstable” to parent them.</p>
<p>Zolciak vehemently denied those allegations at the time.</p>
<p>“These accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character,” she told <em>Us Weekly</em> in March. </p>
<p>She added that she had spent five weeks away working on two television shows “to support my family and make sure my children are cared for.”</p>
<p>The latest development marks a deeply serious turn in the family’s already turbulent situation.</p>
<p>Neither Zolciak nor Biermann has publicly commented on KJ’s arrest. The allegations against their son remain allegations, and the case is ongoing.</p>
